We heat our ultra pasteurized 2% organic milk at a higher temperature to give you more time to enjoy it. We skim some of the butterfat off the top to reduce the fat content, but that’s where the differences end. When you start with milk from our family farms, you don’t have to do anything to bring the good to the table.
